USA: Completely designed, engineered, tested and shipped by the Mad Scientist Jeepers at Quake LED, right here in Denver, Colorado. Produced from the best materials & craftsmanship, guaranteeing head-turns from other Jeep owners!
Question as I see this on a lot of products - designed here, but made in a factory in China...................
I don't see "manufactured in USA by USA citizens"
Just wondering as this is a common theme these days and maybe they forgot to include the bit about being made here in the USA?

Now the questions - Just wondering - has there been a study on this? Does shining a light down on the pavement actually make people see you any better?
Does it work well on wet pavement or in the rain, or other inclement weather.
This has me curious as I've never seen such a thing even brought up as a fix for people not seeing the brake lights directly in front of them.

Nitpicking -
I hope people aren't looking at the pavement but are looking at my vehicle ahead of them to see my brake lights. If they are staring down - they might miss where I am.
Or is this really a thing? Is Europe doing this?

I like the innovation

Having said that, it is not needed. Just more "Hey look at me-bling."

I DO NOT like the design, those three vertical bars look like something cobbled together from the Tractor Supply Store's bargain bin.

Sequential turn signal...Why? Trying to bring in the Ford Thunderbird, Mercury Cougar, late Mustang blinky thing.

Me: Simple is better. Lose the three bars, toss the sequential nonsense but keep the red bar on the road projection and halve the price.

I love flushmount taillights and want some myself, but not these. I like your idea of shining some additional warning light on the ground as well, but these things are FUGLY. And for 500 bucks? Hell no. I don't care where they're made or by who/whom, these look like some trash redneck shit you'd buy off the shelf at Autozone.

Why such a drastic price difference?
The added electronics on the JL and JT version increases our production costs on those models. The JK light is simpler and therefore does costs less. I blame jeep for over complicating the electronics on this one lol

You sir must be very talented if you could craft these at home.
Looking homemade and being homemade are two different things.

Not really sure what BASS technology is. A video would help. I would be interested to see what exactly that really does.

I really do not get the appeal of flush tail lights. It is a throwback, like a folded windshield, to have tail lights that are bolted on and not flush. I feel the same way about Angry Bird grilles and fender deletes. But each to his own. That´s part of the fun of a Jeep. Everyone makes it their own. I do respect that and enjoy it, most of the time.

I nickname Jeeps that has all this stuff ¨Goatee Jeeps.¨ Because when a woman has had so many face lifts, she now has a goatee.

There is a video posted: Quake LED FLUSH Taillights!

The flush mounts are desirable for those that need them to prevent them getting ripped off on trails, but understand that they aren't for everyone 👍

It’s just a childish way to try to make their product sound smart, some folks call it marketing.

if they use that word 3 times in the first picture, then the goal is to try to sound at least 3 times as smart.

technology. See? Now I sound smart too. ;-)

LOL

I am sorry your feel that way. What would you like us to call it? We didn't know either.
B.A.S.S. = Brake. Alert. Safety. Signal.

Not trying to be gimmicky here, just doing something different for those interested.

🤢Please tell me this post is from April 1st....

🙄 guess not. Well, I was considering the Quake fender chops but this kills that idea
Hopefully you like them when you see them in person! Also, just because you don't necessarily like one of our products doesn't mean that you can't buy another.

Kudo's for making a new product for our jeeps, but it's not for me.
Thanks! We are continuing to innovate for this market and having fun while doing so.

We think that the projector beam on the ground is totally rad, and the fact that no one is doing anything like it, creates something fully unique, but we also totally understand that we can't appeal to everyone's taste with every product.

Cheers!

Not a chance. If they were made and assembled in the US, they would put it in bright text on their ad and packaging.

They buy a couple hundred sets of these from alibaba or similar for $75-125 per set. That's my hunch.

I'll give you credit for not getting pissed when I was critical. I don't hate the concept overall but....

Its just that the 3 lights screwed onto the outside looks like a rednecked field repair. The build quality looks very questionable. Certainly not $500+ even with the tarrifs. Don't mind me though, I don't really like the combat offroad ones either because they use a $25 light and charge $600+

Also, just because you don't necessarily like one of our products doesn't mean that you can't buy another.
Well, I have to assume the same person that gave the go-ahead to build and sell the chops is the same person that thought this design was a good idea too, so....

There are very few electronics, that are made domestically, but we truly own our factory and maintain total control whereas a lot of companies do not.

I do not know if there have been studies on this or not, but from personal experience while developing this product. It really does "pop" at night attracting the attention of other drivers. I personally notice that I am so used to only seeing the brake lights on the back of vehicles that when the beam lights up on the road where I am not expecting it, I just automatically pay more attention to it.

You should be looking everywhere when you drive. Drivers ed instructed me to look at the tires of the car in front of you while coming to a stop. A safe distance to stop behind the vehicle in front of you, is right where you can't see the rubber of their tire over your hood, meaning you would see this as you approach the vehicle.

Hey, everyone is entitled to their opinion. I am going to pass along all the feedback I receive to the team.

One thing I am curious on is how people will like them at night. I've noticed that the longer I have been working in the lighting industry, I have become more aware of what the optics of the lights cause them to look like at night on the road from a far, and not necessarily under a magnifying glass up close. That said there is a balance of course, as I don't want something that looks like garbage on my vehicle either!
