Something that hasn't been said.... I bet with all of that work and the larger tires, I bet it has been regeared to at least 4.88's. If the previous owner was that meticulous with everything else, I have no doubt that was done also.

So, I see you are from Mass also. In the past week or so were you accosted by an idiot in a Fiat 500 Abarth? He would have been giving you the one finger salute...... If so, I apologize for him! That is my best friend and he thought you were me lmao!
Haha, no I have not been approached...I'm in Wrentham. He should be careful...Fiat vs. Gladiator wouldn't end well. ;)

I thought the same, but didn't know how to verify this. The speedometer seems to be calibrated at least.

I don’t know if it’s been mentioned but it looks like those fog lights are mounted incorrectly. Looks like your beam pattern is like this / \ instead of this — —
Thanks, I noticed that and wondered why they are slanted. I'll take a look later to see how to adjust them to a normal pattern.

my off-the-cuff guess is that the original owner had a steel bumper. I think those mounting studs are different than the plastic bumper.

Then they reused the original diff cover.

Thanks everyone for your insight...based on the feedback here, I have compiled this list:
  • Metalcloak Jeep JT Gladiator 2.5" Game-Changer Suspension & Lift Kit ($3400)
  • Metalcloak Jeep JK Front Driveshaft ($780)
  • Fox Performance Elite Series 2.5 Reservoir Shocks ($3000)
  • Fox 2.0 Factory Series ATS Steering Stabilizer ($365)
  • YETI XD™ HIGH STEER KNUCKLE DRAG LINK ($450)
  • YETI XD™ PRO-SERIES ALUMINUM TIE ROD ASSEMBLY ($575)
  • Poison Spyder Customs Crawler Front Bumper ($800)
  • RUSTY'S FACTORY FRONT BUMPER SKID PLATE ($280)
  • WARN VR EVO 12-S Winch ($1080)
  • Factor 55 PROLINK ($160)
  • ROCK SLIDE Step Slider Gen 3 ($2640)
  • METHOD 108 Beadlock Matte Black ($2110)
  • Toyo Open Country M/T 37x12.50R17 ($1800)
  • Long Range America 17 Gallon Auxiliary Gas Tank ($$2350)
  • ARMORLITE Front & Rear Flooring ($700)
  • BesTop EZ-FOLD Soft Tri-Fold Tonneau Cover ($390)
All in all, about $21,000 (without labor) in add-ons...thank you previous owner!

Open items from this thread, which may require some searching or a different message thread:
  • Re-gearing...unknown at this time
  • Fog lights mounted incorrectly - may need a bracket it seems?
  • Metalcloak confirmed it's a Gamechanger 2.5" kit and provided the part# to replace the rear sway bar link set for the 'cracked' rubber boot...should be a quick fix.
I was able to tighten that jam nut and figured out how to operate the auxiliary gas tank (AUX Switch #3 needed to turn on!)

Thank you everyone again, and I look forward to spending more time in these forums.
