Newb: Does Discount Tire give you credit for basically brand new take off tires?

Why did you pay that amount at the point of sale and not ask your question at that time?

Not trying to be a douche here…I just don’t get why people wait until after a transaction is complete to dig into the invoice to see what they’re paying for. I.e. DT will give you a detailed breakout to see what you’re on the hook for ahead of time.

Lol didn’t try very hard! If that is the honest price then I have no problem paying that. What I was after was has others paid that much for 4 simple replacements.

Lol. Prices can vary for a number of reasons. I.e. Did you pay for a service plan?

No one here knows what you REALLY paid for (what’s rolled up in that $300 bill), as they haven’t seen your invoice.

But hey…throw out some more snark and fish for some folks to throw out some figures so you can make an apples to oranges comparison, when you could just call the vendor (who is responsive to customer inquiries) and go over your exact invoice.

As I stated in my comments, 4 simple dismount/remount and balance! And not to worry it’s all taken care of thanks for your help ?

Just had DT swap over the new tires. Um, to dismount, remount and balance 4 tires…. $$300 ? WTF

Think of it this way. When ever you need to rotate...they'll do it for free now...and any patching...free. It will pay for itself!
