I see quite a few in my area the same way. I'm use to it " my MJ, XJ and then with my LJ" "not real Jeep's" at times I've thought about giving the one finger wave...this one. ? But to all that don't think the other "Jeep's are not a Jeep.. well ?you too. ??I had been on a hot streak of waves thanks to the sunny weather... until Sunday. Pulled out of a parking lot, turning left into the two way left turn lane. I merged into traffic right next to a shiny new gladiator. I kept pace with him and we ended up at the stoplight. I looked over to wave, and he was staring straight ahead, never looked my way.
Move on to the next stoplight, again we are stopped right next to each other. He had his window down so I rolled mine down too and again tried to just say "Hey nice Jeep" but dude wasn't having it.
This continued for another 2 lights before I turned. Either he was completely embarrassed or totally zoned out.
First time I have anyone in a gladiator totally ignore me. He had some weird license plate so maybe it was a rental...
Well you can see my reply I've had the same thing happen with all of my Jeeps too.Welp i live in texas and i get plenty of waves and of course im always ready to wave,i will say theres this one douchebag in a old cj,dude really called me a stupid peasant for having a JTR...........eitherway i was humble and moved on
I Wave Always-Too many Yuppies are buyin Jeeps and They don't know or Live the Culture. As soon as it warms up a bit I am putting this on My Mirror! Is it because "gladiator" or is it not a thing anymore?
I've waved at a ton of people and they just /ignore.
Even the lifted guys.
What gives?

You may have to make a chart. I get plenty of waves in the more populated areas in which I travel, both oncoming and same direction, but not so much in the rural area where I live.I know I am overthinking this, but the dynamics of the wave kinda fascinate me. I do consistently get waves in the normal scenario like head-on passing on the road. Waves don‘t seem to happen heading in the same direction or crossing across an intersection. I haven’t seen waves sitting at a stop light for example. The % drops significantly when not passing face to face. Is it only passing on the road? I mean, I’ll keep waving but does someone have a chart?
