Noco charger turns on radio and dash

Ok weird one, I have a noco 10p trickle, set to agm, connected to either the battery or the negative bolt. Dash screen , radio , and shifter bezle light up. Jeep splash screen and all. I have a tazer, but this only happens on charge. When this happens, the noco goes back to the lowest charge icon. Then slowly ramps up starting the dash cycle all over again. Battery at rest off charger is 12.93

How are you seeing this happen? If I open the door the my Jeep it does all of those things without anything special on the battery.

I have the charger mounted on the wall , while I watch the interior , doors closed. Hood open or closed still happens. I do not have keyless entry. I also removed the keys from the room. @Jefe1018

Think it's time for an exorcism. You got a evil spirit living in your JT. Just don't let the smoke out of the wiring when you do.
