Hey guys I got a set of Nov sight lights to try out and this is my first time installing lights and wiring. The install guide shows the two lights plugging into a relay and that to the battery and a switch. I have the factory aux switches. I was thinking of getting the same quick connect as the switch and putting that on one of my aux switches so I can use them as opposed to the button the lights came with. The aux is already wired to the battery though right? So would I still need the relay to be hooked up to the battery or no? Here’s pics to help. Thanks guys.

Positive from lights to whichever AUX switch wire you want to use.

Negative from lights to a ground post (there's one right next to battery on passenger fender).

You don't need their connectors for anything.

The Aux switch already has the relay in it. All you need to do is connect the lights to the Aux switch wiring.

The specs say 1.36A. It is unclear if that is total or each but either way, the Aux relay can handle both lights being wired to one switch.

Nice. So since the lights already have a quick connect on each if I get the same connector for them that joins to one I can hook up one to my aux and then just plug them in?

Correct. If you are careful, you could probably reuse the connector from the light kit. What I would do seeing as you want to be able to disconnect the lights is cut off the ends from the supplied relay, tie the 2 (+) wires together and connect to the switch and tie both (-) wires to a chassis ground, probably the one the battery cable connects to as there is several ground studs there to use.
