I can see this actually happening.

When I was in 6th grade, I came back into the classroom from recess with a large red rubber kickball in my hands. One of my classmates about 10-15 feet away was holding one of those old school large world globes, the kind that can be taken off the mount and handled. This classmate of mine thought it would be funny to throw this globe at me thinking I would drop my rubber kickball and catch the globe. Rather, as the globe was hurling towards me, I put the rubber kickball up to block the globe from hitting me. The globe bounced off the rubber ball and in a prefect example of Newton's Third Law, the globe hit my classmate square in his open mouth and knocked two teeth out.

That was not the end of the story, the classmate fell back and hit the back of his head on a counter top. I went over to check on him and he was still conscious and as I tried to help him get up, he looses footing and falls forward hitting the front of his head on a desk.

This is about when the teacher walks back into the classroom and just sees me towering over my pretty much knocked out classmate and she starts to shriek like I just beat the shit out of my classmate. I tried to explain what happened but of course it fell on deaf ears. Spent the remainder of the day in the principles office thinking I was going to get expelled, but luckily a couple of other students seen it play out and backed my story up.
Funny and scary at the same time. As a parent these stories scare the crap out of me.

This is a good listen everytime I come across it.
I heard this years ago on the local morning radio show. It was funny then. And it's still funny today.

I was bitten by a dog on duty once and had to go through the rabies series. No, it is not in your stomach like some say. In your arm, 1.5" intramuscular needle and if I remember correctly you had to go for a shot on week 1, 2, 4, 6. I was paid by the dept to go and hang out with the hookers at the cities Social Services to get the shots and have lots of stories from those visits :). Never a dull moment at a free clinic.

What a dumb ass. He deserved that.
I thought the same thing. My social media feeds are littered with these videos that stupid people take thinking they are some type of nature whisperer. I was taught to leave animals alone unless I was hunting them or at a petting zoo.

You can never predict what wild animals will do. Even pet dogs and cats will surprise you.
