You know you're getting old when you crack a joke about something relative to a 50 year old movie, and your whole family just looks at you like you're stupid. LOL

50?!… hell all the interns at my company have never heard of the movies Blazing Saddles, Animal House, Caddyshack, Star Wars, Spaceballs, etc.

I mean I know these movies were made/released before they were born but did their parents not influence them AT ALL?! These are iconic movies from our/my time. Anyway, I got some of them watching these old classics. Most of them Didn’t know whether To laugh or be shocked after watching Blazing Saddles. LOL

LOL. The other part of getting old is not realizing how much time has past. Blazing Saddles came out in 1974. 51 years ago! Just watched it a few months ago with my 28 year old son. It's one of his favorite movies. He's got my sense of humor.

My sons and I educated each other. I know about the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and they know about some of the movies I liked.
