I must be missing something.

The ad I posted is advertising for child actors for 3 days in Minnesota - and the center of that circle where they are looking for child actors is centered over a certain learing daycare center.
They need the kids for 3 days until they pass MN state inspection.

It's satire - some clown posted it.

But in this day and age - an ad like that could be implying something not funny at all.
