Holy Crap that dog has some serious issues with rugs?

We'd adopted our first dog, hand 2 young boys, if the door opened a crack he could be out before you knew it. The Dog Catcher fee was $25 the first time and went up by $25 each time he caught him, we hit $175 - he looked at the electric dog fence as a 'suggestion' he'd just run across it and knew he'd be free. The final straw, and it was his nearly last day on earth, was when my wife and walked around the corner and saw him standing on our dining room table just as he did his duty. Needless to say he found a new home with a fenced yard, we were done.
Bennie was pissed at us for leaving him home. That's the only time he did anything like that.

Your lucky. Our wonderful rescue lab Buddy hated when we went out. He ate about 1/2 of a small throw rug but couldn't pass it. Cost me $2500 emergency surgery and a huge part of his intestines. They said they doubted he would live.

Bastard lived another 4 years and harassed the crap out of us. God rest Buddy's soul. ;)

Damn! At least our Golden Box of Rocks just ate a couple socks, and passed them... eventually.

I guy I worked with. His lab ate the decorations off the Christmas tree. Cost him about $3K for surgery.

My one golden, Cooper would eat my daughter's clean panties. Only the $$$ ones. Wifey would wash clothes and put her panties on the bed for her to put away. If she didn't do right away. Cooper would walk in. Pick out which one was the most $$$ and eat it. Daughter couldn't figure out where her panties were going. One day I was picking up dog poop in the back yard. Noticed that one log has the lace sticking out of it. Found out where they was going to. So for Christmas. Cooper got my daughter gift cards to Vicky Secret, Fredrick's, and a few other places. Figure he ate about $300 worth of panties. Cooper did have a fetish.

He also like eating prunes and apples off the trees. Watching him select the prunes and apples was something else. He would get up on his hind legs and inspect what he was going to eat. He even did for his brother Jake.
