Something tells me the majority of them were probably sub $200 inside cabin room guests.
I've been on 8 Carnival cruises, with another one next month. Carnival has cracked down on somethings. No more hip-hop, rap music. No more bringing your own bluetooth speakers. They changed their drink package. If you get into trouble. They will drop you off at the next port, and you find your own way home from there.
The only Russians I saw were the rich ones in Greece. They came into a restaurant and ordered one of everything on the menu. Ate two maybe three bites and then left. Just showing off how rich they were I suppose.To continue this: Any experience with Russians?
