Couple of my neighbors still had them doing delivers until they shut down in 2024. Their local building was torn down and a new building went up. Don't know who's in it.

My buddy Todd in High School had a delivery every Wednesday to his house. Always made it a point to find my way over either late Wednesday or Thursday. Best ice cream, cakes, cookies and packaged meats there was to be had. I cannot remember the exact cost for their deliveries but it was something on the scale that one weeks delivery was almost my families whole monthly food budget. It was pricey stuff.

Yep. Had a neighbor that got a delivery too. I’m more of a Walmart iced cream kinda guy. If I decide to be fancy and get it in the first place.

We used to have Hagan ice cream. It was a local company. It was really good. Company went belly up. Ice cream now is DQ.

We do DQ occasionally. It’s the only “fast food” place that’s relatively close. Maybe 10 miles away. Anything other than that is a 30 minute drive into town.

Went to DQ the other day. They wanted almost $3.00 for a small cone. The cone was good but that much for a small cone?
