Not that this thread is lacking in changes of direction, but while we’re on the topic of digital music, what was the first CD that you bought? This is for the over 50 crowd who actually grew up flipping albums over.
Mine was Tesla Mechanical Resonance, a very fine piece of music that still holds up today.
At this point the absurdity must be joined. G&R Appetite was the first CD purchase. But to replace the worn out cassette, Tesla's Mechanical Resonance was the 2nd. Still favorite album and band. Saw them for the 5th time Feb 2020 just before the world shut down.
