I just got back from the dealer here. Two separate dealerships have replaced my passenger side mirror motor three times and it’s still not working properly. I’ve lowered my expectations considerably… ?

One company I worked for in the 90's. We were lucky to have people finish out the first day. Some would go out for lunch and never come back. First day on the job. We would stick them in the sandblast room, sandblasting parts.
