OEM LED Halos can we make them brighter?

Does anyone have any idea how to make the OEM LED headlights Halo rings brighter?

In JScan I see something about adjusting voltage to different lights. Can we adjust the voltage without destroying the Halo rings?

I hate that the LED lights in the Fender are 3X brighter than the Halos. They should look the same brightness.

I never paid attention to that until this post. Now I want it fixed. ?

LED's need more current to make them brighter. I don't know how you'd accomplish that.

Noticed that the brightness of the fender LEDs matches the halos is when the DRLs are on that the fenders get brighter than the halos..

Need to find out what causes the fenders to get brighter amen DRL is on

But seriously before upgrading to Oracle Oculus headlights. I added these to my factory halogens. They were pretty bright
