FWIW, I bought Accutuned fox 2.5s for the rear and stock Fox 2.5s for the front (Accutune didn't have the fronts available). The 'tuned' shocks had extremely soft compression damping and rebound damping was way too fast. I ran them with both LSC and HSC dials all the way in, all the time, and the rear would still bounce all over the place. The lack of rebound damping was the main culprit. I bought a shim kit and revalved the rears on my own and now they are good. I learned during the revalve that accutune's tune was actually softer than Fox's stock tune.

The stock fox tune on the front has plenty of compression damping and rebound is just a little too fast still.

So in my situation, The stock Fox tune would have been preferable. Not knocking Accutune or their work, they have good customer service, but there was definitely a disconnect between what I thought I was getting with their tune and what I did get. I'd buy from Accutune again but I'd want to have a long phone call with them to make sure I was getting the right tune, or I'd just buy with the stock valving.
After you bought them and realized you werent happy did you talk to accutune? Just wondering about the after-the-sell service...
