Those stick on weights aren’t cheap, they’re expensiveSomeone's OCD is out of balance and needs an adjustment.
First off. Jeep uses an outside vendor to mount and balance the tires. The outside vendor get the wheel weights from whom ever is the cheapest for that contract period. The the wheel weights may or may not match from contract to contract. Because each contract may have a different vendor.
If you use the Jeep Wave program. You get an oil change and a tire rotation. No rebalancing. Some tire chain stores may offer a tire rotation only, or may have tire balancing with it. Read the fine print.
As the pictures posted. You get both styles of weights. A clip on and a stick on. The reason being is when balancing a wheel. You balance in 2 planes. A dynamic balance. Since they can't put any weights on the outside of the rim because of the style. They have to use a stick on close as possible to the outside. Which is right behind the rim spokes. The clip on weight are where they need to be.
I melt them down, mix some linotype with it and cast bullets for my pistols. I'm always on the look out for old wheel weights.Thos

Did you pay for the 78% nitrogen air?I didn’t get OEM air for my tires when I went to Discount Tire.
OEM means Original Equipment Manufacturer. It refers to parts either made by the vehicle manufacturer, or to parts made for the vehicle manufacturer to meet their specific requirements. Jeep/Mopar/FCA/Stellantis does not make wheel weights and does not have wheel weights made specifically for them. Wheel weights are a commodity item readily available on the open market.OEM means what originally came on equipment well those weights did

It’s just a maintenance part you’re not going to keep. Like an oil filter or wiper blades. It doesn’t matter.B
But it is the original weights that came on it from the factory
