Hey all,

Finally got my Venomrex 17” Bronze rims in. Got them from FB marketplace because a guy didn’t like them. 650 for a set that were basically brand new. Crazy light!

so now I need tires. I have a Rubi with the AT falkens. As a first time Jeeper, I’ve driven on these for 10k miles, but are these considered loud by jeep AT tire standards? I don’t truly have experience to compare to as I’ve had mostly cars or luxury suv’s so different animal.

Anyway, I want 37’s, so I can just go back to Falken and get 37x12.5, or I can look at Ridge grapplers, geolanders, etc. I’m mostly an on road guy, so my focus is really sound and tread life while maintaining aggressive looks. Who has the most 37 experiences? Where would you go?Where would you go for

Nitto or toyo AT’s offer quieter ride and look decent.

if i were to do it all again knowing how noisy my mud terrains are....I would have gotten a more aggressive tire. A tire is either agressive, or it isnt.

If staying on road, I would do BFG KO2 because they are light weight. I’ve run them and Ridge Grapplers in 37x12.50. For mixed use, I prefer the Ridge Grappler.
The only other use they get is beach in the summer. And snow in winter, if it ever snows again in NY. Been like 2 years since we got accumulation.

General grabbers ATX. Great AT tires. Even wear and quiet. Great on most trails, snow, etc. I had GY Duratracs and thought it was great, but after 20k miles it was loud and scary in the rain.

Ive been a big fan on the Toyo RTs, on my third set on three different vehicles. Spend more now, get a great tire that will last you awhile. Or the Ridge Grappler. Whichever is better rates for snow/ice if you have to run through that. Personally, I hate BFGs, all of them, have never had a good experience with them on any Jeeps. Had Geolanders MT on my LJR I just sold and was really happy with them as well. Cooper STT Pros also a great tire but not great in snow/ice in my experience.
