Oracle Tail Lights Issue

I was curious if anyone has had issues with the center panel breaking out of the Oracle rear tail lights. Looks like the bosses that the backup sensor is retained with broke away from the housing. Sent Oracle an e-mail and they said this wouldn't be under warranty. Makes no sense to me why it wouldn't be covered.

I don't have them but there are very long threads about the poor quality of components they produce and the poor customer service they display. Question though, how old are they?

Hello! This was escalated to management and we are going to see if we have a replacement piece.

Can you please let me know what name this was ordered under?

They've been installed for a few months.

According to their website, those come with a 1 year warranty. Unless you purchased them over a year ago, I would start making phone calls to get them replaced.

EDIT: Well, they responded very quickly so good luck! Hope they replace them.
