I bought my 2023 Sarge Green Mojave last week. 12.5% off of MSRP, sounds like I could have done a bit better. I had to finance to get the deal but I only financed $14k which I will pay off within three months.

For the fun of it I checked my dealer's lot for in-stock Gladiators... holy cow, they are discounting the '23s like crazy. $67k Rubicons listed for $51k (basically the base price).

Guessing they aren't selling well up here at all.

Gladiators are selling horribly. There are currently about 24,000 2023s in stock around the country, and thousands more low-mileage used. With the 2024s on the way, they will languish on dealer lots well into 2024. I still see some 2022s available. The strike may slow production of 2024s, so dealers may get a chance to wind down this overstock. Still, go to a dealership in December and you'll probably get an even better deal.

Yeah - just checked some Minneapolis dealership prices. Wow - close to 25% off. And Minnesota caps doc fees at around $300, half most other states.

I would certainly consider a '23 because there is only a handful of differences between the model years. However, there IS a difference between the MSRP's.

You may want to buy now as well to get the deals as a prolonged strike will shrink the discounts on the lots today.

Yep. Alternatively, if you can wait a bit for the truck, lease a ‘23 Wrangler 4xe for about $12k off, then buy it out for full tax credit less early term fee, and trade it in for a ‘23 Gladiator. Jeep arbitrage!

I wouldn't order anything with the strike going on. Find the model and the deal you want, wherever it is, and go there to buy it. As above, if the strike goes on for a long time, inventory will shrink and so will any discounts.

I bet those discounts are going to disappear quick with the UAW strike
