Organizing Your Center Console

What; if anything, are you guys using or do you just toss all your crap in there? In my just-sold 2014 GMC 2500HD Denali I had a black wire desk organizer I got from Office Depot. It won't fit in the much smaller Gladiator console.

I had/have Kleenex, dental floss, sunglasses, pens/pencils, a pocket knife, etc stuff in the GMC and I don't want a jumble of stuff to go through when I need something the Gladiator. Ideas?

I mainly keep a holster in mine, I don't want it divided up but I do keep a USB cable plugged into the port there and that's the one I use to charge my phone with.

^^ This looks like the one for me. Priced right. I don't tend to carry change anymore but I'll figure out what to put in there.

The right side pocket I use to hold the CD player, the left side holds the charger box for the bluetooth earpiece. I didn't use any of the tape to hold it down. I just set it in place and it hasn't moved since.
