Hello all. I currently drive a 2019 Access Cab Tacoma. Found out we have a baby on the way so looking for a crew cab truck.

Have owned, sold, and missed several Wranglers in my day so naturally the Gladiator seems like a good choice.

My concern is getting in in the garage. Right now my Tacoma fits with just enough room to squeeze be the front to take the trash out the side door. With the Gladiator being 6" longer, I'm curious if adding aftermarket bumpers could shorten the overall length to match that of the Tacoma.

Anyone have info or experience with this? Thanks!

I don't think you'll be able to lose much length. The frame is pretty much right behind the bumper. My bumper added length because of the hooks and shackle mounts.
