I'm getting ready to do the same. Idk why but I really like this look @jmy
Thank you! You’ve got a nice looking Jeep, what setup are you going to go with?

I love the look of wider wheels, but I do not like stuff being thrown on the side of my Jeep. I had 2 Willys JK’s so I was getting tired of the black wheels. Plus I like the Overland wheels, they add a bit of class.

Back to factory wheels. Mine is the altitude edition. Came with same wheels as your overland. I'm tired of stuff being thrown up the side as well. Why I'm going back I think. I did put a teraflex leveling kit on the front. But wanting to back to the 18s. These wheels and tires were on it when I bought it. Factory wheels and tires came with as well @jmy

295 70 r17 milestar Patagonia measures 33.5. No lift. Was going to go with 35s but I was considering the weight and mpg and I really liked the way these fit I thought they were actually going to look smaller.

That looks really good. How wide ate those rims? Will those tires fit on stock S rims?

Hey thanks man. The rims are 17x9 and yes I believe you can run the 295 70 r17 on stock wheels without an issue.

I have 255-80-17 Falkens which are 33.1" spec, same width as the stock Sport S tires. Thus, slightly taller but narrower than Rubi size. They are also 10 lb lighter than Rubi tires while being 18 lb heavier than the stockers. No lift, stock wheels.

Looks great. Any issues with rubbing and not removing the air dam?

I would like to retract my statement about the 33s and loss of power.. I flashed with the Tazer and it drives great on 3.73

I have a 2021 Sting Gray Sport. I actually really like the black steelies that come on the sport. If I put on some 285/70r17s on these wheels without a spacer, will I rub considering the offset of the wheels? Looks like a lot of you folks are running a leveling kit.

Also, I want to improve the ride quality of my jeep without installing a lift kit. My wife is 8 months pregnant and already has as tough time getting into the jeep. I will likely lift it a couple of years from now. Would installing a better track bar (yeti?), a better steering stabilizer (fox or Falcon?) and upgrade the shocks that will hopefully work when I go to lift it in the future work on a stock ride height jeep?

Ran the costs of 35’s with a lift and feel I’m now more open to just upgrading to 33’s. Haven’t seen many of you guys (non rubicon’s) on 33’s, would love to see some pictures to get an idea.

2021 Willys. Stock lift with 33’s. Will be going to a Mopar 2” lift and 35’s within the next two weeks. Will post pics when I make the change. Peace.
