Anybody have experience with needing (or even better, definitively not needing) to make a pinion or caster angle adjustment after adding mopar lift + .75" leveling in front? (Sport S without MaxTow) If adjustments made, what was the best way to address? Thanks!!!!

edit - I also am using the Rancho geometry correction bracket.

The Mopar kit comes with longer front lower control arms to make a minor castor correction. Are you asking if more should be done when adding the 3/4” spacer?

Exactly - I am wondering if I am going to need adjustable control arms when all is said and done, and if so which ones in particular so I can go ahead and get them ordered. Also, I should have included on the OP that I am using the rancho geometry correction bracket.

IMO with the MOPAR kit the whole point is MFG warranty and set it and forget it.

If you're going to then go and add more lift via spacer and different geometry brackets etc, then you should not do MOPAR.

Hindsight is 20/20 - should have started posting questions before I turned any wrenches ;)

The lift is on - I decided to go with an adjustable rear track bar rather than correction bracket (for the rear) during the installation and am waiting for that to show up to finish it off. If I am going to need adjustable control arms would like to go ahead and get the jump on ordering those so this doesn't turn into a 2 month install while I wait a week for each additional part that I realize I need :(

I'd also add that the mopar kit seems to be missing some of the basic equipment that is actually needed like the adjustable front track bar... once that seal was cracked the other goodies showed up in the basket too...

Instead of ending up with a frankenlift why not just get a whole kit and resell the MOPAR kit and take that hit? Frankenlifts can be fine but you can also end up chasing problems with adding this or that or whatever to get to where the kits are to begin with.

In my opinion, the mopar lift should be fine with the the arms that come with it unless you are going to be doing some serious off roading. I don't know if adding the the correction bracket changes anything, but if so, it would just add more caster. Adding the front and rear track bar is a bonus and is preferred in my mind so you can fine tune the axle position to ensure you are tracking straight, but other than that you should be good to go. And tons of people run more than 3/4 spacers with stock arms etc, so given the longer mopar arms to compensate for the lift plus the correction brackets, you should be more than set.

Looks like the front is ok. Interestingly (because back is Mopar not Frankenlift) the pinion angle in the back is just a hair over 4 degrees and I haven't been able to find anything other than generic guidance that 1-3 degrees is the acceptable range for a drivetrain. Anybody know anything more specific for JT what the acceptable rear pinion angle is?

did you ever figure this out?

I recently put on rear LCAs and im wondering if they are not equal. Im going to take them off today and see how it looks with the OEM rear LCAs back on.

EDIT:
Im really thinking I just gonna go back to my OEM rear LCAs after looking more at clayton off road's site. The difference in rear LCA length from stock to 2.5in lift ( i only have 2) is minimal...

oem - 23.740"
2.5in - 23.962

I think I arbitrarily set mine to 24" on center of the holes just to see what happened. I havent been happy with the drive shaft angle so im betting the oem arms will correct my ignorant snafu.

I ultimately picked up some adjustable rear control arms (I think I went upper because they were cheaper but either would work) and got it into that 1 to 3 range.
