2020 Gladiator Rubicon. Currently on Falken wildpeake at3w 285/70/17 and stock wheels.

I wanna go 1-2 sizes up, so probably 285/75/17 or 35x11.5, but I’m trying to keep the same wheels if possible. Some of the 35s online recommend a wheel width of 9 inches, which means mine are too small - safety hazard?

Also important- not an off road car. Mostly highway. Driving a lot, driving fast.

Living in Florida so snow ratings don’t matter.

people suggested all season, but I don’t think they exist in those sizes. Like Michelin etc.

someone suggested Nokian Outpost nAT, and they do get good reviews, but all I’m seeing online are AT - isn’t that the line that was made in russia and is now discontinued? Meaning the tires being sold are several years old?

of course some people suggested Wildpeake At4w, I just wonder if there’s something better.

bfg ko2 seem to be very popular, but mostly among off road guys. Toyo and Nitto are popular, but supposedly very loud on the highway, which wouldn’t make sense for me.

Do the 35x11.5r17's they look and fit well. W Rubbi fenders even with no lift or spacer you'll fit and run 100% fine.

Are they safe to drive on 7.5in wheels?

I’m running Maxxis Razr AT in 35x11.5/17 on my Mojave with factory wheels. No fitment issues, no rubbing, no lift or level.

I have the Toyota AT3’ in 11.5 on stock rim and they are fine.

If you want a better street tire look into an All Season if you can find the size you’re looking for or get the KO2’s as they aren’t as aggressive…

I run the Toyo AT III tires out here in 285/75R17 on ProComp Bandido Series wheels. Great tire for on and off road use. I don't hear them at all when runnng on pavement.

Thank you. Easiest way to put it….on a noise scale of 1 to 10, I’d put the stock Falkens at 2 and the Maxxis at 3. So, not much noisier at all. Can still easily converse with someone in the back seat.

Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T 255/85R17. They're pizza cutters, fit on stock rims, are 34.6" and are really really good tires, without the need for spacers or extended fender flares.

I have Falken AT3W 35"x17"x12.50" on my stock Mojave rims which are 17"x7.5" and they fit just fine. I also have an AEV 2" Mojave specific spacer lift, so no rubbing issues.

After 40 years of trying various manufacturers and tread designs on a couple dozen trucks of all sizes, (a previous post has some details), I have recommended the Goodyear DuraTrac RT to anyone who asks since putting them on my JTOD last year. Those were p-metric sized and as quiet as the all-seasons that came on it and performed extremely well on wet roads and in the snow on a trip to the mountains. I had about 12k on them with very little wear. Unfortunately, that Jeep was drowned by Hurricane Helene and has been replaced by a JTRD. It had the stock 285/70/17 Wildpeak M/Ts on it that were simply not my thing. Quite loud at only a few thousand miles on the highway and sketchy on wet roads. I installed LT295/70/17 DuraTrac RTs and am very pleased with them on highway and wet road. Will likely test the snow performance next week. Just as quiet as the p sized and no impact on fuel consumption compared to the slightly smaller factory Falken M/Ts. Note: The RT is a recent addition to the DuraTrac family and new sizes are being added based on what I have seen. With my USAA member discount and current rebates, nothing comparable was even close on price. Hope this is helpful.

Thanks. Indeed im seeing these are the most expensive ones out of everything I’ve seen, ergo they must be good.

As mentioned, USAA has a membership discount with Goodyear that is 25-30% off (essentially buy 3 get 1) all the time. and right now Goodyear had an additional $200 rebate on four (4) DuraTrac RT. I got four for $1075 after rebate OTD.
