These instant packets changed my camping coffee game. Boil water, add coffee and enjoy. They taste great IMO and are tiny and light weight.

I use those too. Now I use this boiler because my brother is a small batch coffee roaster and I grind my beans. This has a French press kit for it. @coalcracker

I’m pretty sure I consume as much coffee as my 3.0L consumes diesel.

I’m a coffee addict. It’s bad….

The AeroPress is the solution you need.

No KCup/Nespresso pod is going to solve your issue.

Once you get one for camping, you will soon see your KCup at home getting far less use.

This is the way.

Black Rifle Coffee has some awesome coffee bags that are like tea bags. Makes a great cup. All ya gotta do is boil some water. I’m Europe quite often for work. Coffee makers in hotels are rare there. But the coffee bags and an immersion heater save the day. This
is the heater I use. It boils in under a minute on Spains 220 volt. A little slower on 110. Amazon, of course.

Coffee snob reporting! I only use Stumptown coffee whole bean, grind before trip. Put in either a reusable coffee filter for my percolator. Or for individual packets, reusable unbleached paper tea bags. Either way it's vacuum sealed and fresh for each use. Hard to beat! Ohh yeah old school propane or white gas stove

Acceptance is the first step to recovery. I’m doomed when I travel with these blends. Yep, my name is John and I’m a coffee snob.

Look like great blends! Do you do pour overs too?
Depends. Most mornings I use the coffee maker in the back of that picture. One of the few that brews like a pour over. A big burst of hot water. Let's it settle and then it does it a few more times. Just like adding water to a pour over. It ain't cheap that is for sure.

But well worth it in my opinion. Fresh burr grind every morning. Out camping I use a percolator or a pour over straight into a wide mouth Stanley thermos.
