Hey All! 2020 Gladiator Rubicon, gas. I installed (professional speed shop) a ProCharger system and am having alignment issues. First, a bolt on the mounting plate rubbed the belt and cut a groove. The bolt was mounted and damage was done (belt broke. On me in the middle of the desert a million miles from civilization). ProCharger said just remove the 2 middle bracket bolts; they’re not needed (?). But the belt is also running 1/8” off one of the idler pulleys. When we adjusted it for that pulley it ran off another. Belt is getting g wear marks and I’m afraid it will fail. Pics sent to ProCharger and they agreed all spacers were properly installed and have no other ideas to resolve these issues. Anyone else experience this?

1. Are you 100% certain that the lower pully (middle of the image) is actually installed correctly? It looks to me like that lower pulley should be installed so that its almost touching the alloy block its mounted to on the kit. I can see it appears to have about a half inch gap...something not right with that. Is this the procharger pulley or the original Jeep one?

2. Is that belt running parallel? In the image the gap doesnt seem like its running parallel...bigger gap at the top compared with the bottom (might just be the angle of the photo?)

I did some research on this & it appears that the blower pulley was simply installed backwards causing the belt to be off of alignment.
