Had an absolute freak incident happen today. On the way to work a tire flew off a trailer on the other side of the highway bounced across the median, shot right in front of me then bounced off the guardrail on the shoulder and slammed into my passenger side rear tire, after it bounced off my tire it flew down to the frontage road and cratered the side of an ambulance.

After pulling off and making sure the ambulance crew was okay I got back on the road thinking I made it out unscathed, or at least better than the ambulance, I don't think that's the case now.

Now when i'm accelerating I have a decent pull to the drivers side, and once I take my foot off the gas the truck wants to shoot to the drivers side pretty aggressively. I'm not sure where to start with troubleshooting, but was wondering if anyone else has ever dealt with a pull like this after off-roading or an incident and found out what the cause was.

Check the rear suspension for a bent or loose track bar, track bar bracket, control arm, or control arm bracket. What you're describing sounds like either the axle is shifting side to side in response to engine torque, or the rear axle thrust angle is misaligned.
