If I took my hands off the wheel it went hard right and I'd be off the road very quickly. To keep it straight I had to hold the wheel turned to the left.
They test drove it after the alignment and said it was done. Issue remained.
Could they have adjusted the steering wheel in the wrong direction?

My mojave has pulled slight right since birth also.
I think fact is the roads are crowned and it's a Jeep/live axles. I always think mine is sort of wanting to pull, but when you get the rare sample of real flat road, it is pretty darn straight.

I wish I had taken a video and absolutely will next time.
Im not saying this fixed my problem, I havent gotten to put but a mile or two on it, thats not enough to say anything is better.
This is EVERY road 100% pull to the right, its not me pulling my own truck off the road lol It requires near constant correction. I have had the tires rotated and balanced several times and nothing ever changed. I waited for warmer weather figuring tire pressure inconsistency. I dont know what else to try or do about it.
I get what everyone is saying, correcting the steering shouldnt change the tire direction. Im just wondering if they didnt adjust it the wrong direction. It was worse after the alignment. These guys literally had it done and test drove in 10 minutes. I know there isnt a bunch to adjust here but it didnt seem right. Hell they wanted me to pay before they even gave me the results.

Im still going to try and get the tires swapped and confirm it doesnt follow a tire.
Im also still going to torque all the steering and suspension components.

Driving on crowned two lane straights my steering wheel has been hanging around a minute or two left.
I was about to correct it, but then yesterday on a smooth and flat four lane it was dead nuts centered, so I'm leaving it alone.

I have a 2 inch lift, but if I were to buy a brand new Mojave the very first thing I would install would be geometry correction brackets to give it more positive caster.
The Mojaves seem to be the most notorious for poor steering issues.

Side Note: Does anyone know how much the steering wheel has to be off center to begin to affect throttle response?

OP: I'd toe out a tad more.

if you climb underneath there's a plastic tab for adjusting the steering. Just click it a couple times in the direction you want it to steer and drive a short distance to verify if it worked.
