Kernels of truth filtered through the mouths of people who expect this great little Jeep/truck to be a sports car. Who bases shifting on redline?

To be fair, I have 4.10s. To also be fair, I'm making them turn 37s.

I love it more every day.
Yeah good point. Also did they ever put the gladiator in 4L? It's like driving a different vehicle. The gearing is so low. I was doing off road courses and it was amazing. They're perfectly spaced for offroad applications.

Before and after Goodyear Duratracs 315/70R17 (35”) - stock wheels and no lift for now
I like the look/stance. Thanks for the pics. Another post that helps reinforce some of the decisions I have already put in motion for my future GladiGator.... definitely putting 35's on my Rubicon! Maybe someday a lift and 37's, but I like the look of 35s with no lift. Plus for a few of us "Napoleon" types, it's easier to get in and out....

Wondering what others are seeing for gas mileage? Still on my first tank and seeing 15.7.

Did some real wheeling today outside of Emmett, Idaho. I am visiting relatives here mostly so I can go wheeling. Five miles from their house and I was on BLM land with lots of trails. Sand, dirt and some rocks and mud. I went for miles without seeing anyone .

It did everything without any problem. Things that looked hard were easy.

did you have any problems with clearance with your bumper or winch you installed I have same bumper and tried putting new gen 3 9500 winch in and it will not clear it would touch grill and wiring box and wiring will not even be close since it mounts on top in center. I see you have smittybilt winch what size is it ?

Started at 16.8 and now at 17.9. 3k miles in. Half freeway. I thought it would be much better.

My mileage has gotten considerably better as everything is breaking in. Bottomed out at like 14.something and now I'm at 17.2. with 1700 miles. I hope it goes higher. 20 would be fantastic but 18.5 would be cool. 400 miles to a tank would make me very happy.

That was my plan too - I was originally going to do the 2” mopar lift - but the Jeep is my daily driver and the 35” s are a little more practical - a good compromise and I think a great look

That winch is the Smittybuilt X2O - 10,000 lb. I had no problems with clearance. It was tight, but it fit just fine.

I have been driving on 35" x 13.5 tires with 20" Wheels and with the Pulsar installed doing between 13.2 to 13.9.
Now without Pulsar between 14. to 14.5 MPG in CrAzY Miami traffic with 1,900 Miles.
Next week will install Pedal Commander, I know that I'm not going to save fuel but I guess that won't be worse than with the Pulsar.

First weekend with new ride - added 35” duratracs and punk-in edition decals - 350 miles so far - mileage is down with new tires - was 16.5 now 16.0 — not bad

I like it, but why did you put the punk'n edition decals on it? Is that for color blind people? If so, well done and I hope they appreciate it.
