Hello, first post but long time follower of the forum. I purchased a 2023 Gladiator Mojave last August. I live in the PNW so not the rainy season. When it came I noticed my windshield leaks in both corners. Enough to need towels. Did a water test with local dealer and they verified its the windshield. Have been fighting with the dealership where I purchased it to replace. They are refusing. Am I off base in thinking it’s their responsibility? I even offered to pay $200 towards replacement. I haven’t been able to speak to general manager or sales manager as not returning calls. Any suggestions or do I just need to suck it up? Part of me feels if I were a man asking for it they would take care of it. I researched the current windshield and it’s not recommended for a gladiator so that’s also a problem. Previous owner either skimped or was told it would work when it definitely does not. Any ideas are appreciated.

they owe you a windshield. Do not underestimate the power of a bad Google review. When we got my wife’s car the dealer sat n a check for $14,000 they owed me from equity in her trade n for a month. Write a scathing review and they fired the sales guy and manager. They do NOT want bad reviews. Start there, post all the pics and you being hosted by the sales manager. The dealership ownership will notice. If that fails, try small claims court.

Yep. Stick to your guns. That’s not a wear item. Is there any warranty in play here?
I purchased a warranty but it doesn’t cover that.

I thought about google review as well. AND WA state has a process with the Attorney General’s office to file a complaint that becomes public record. Thanks for the feedback I will force my hand.

Agree. Unless you signed something that stated you accepted the purchase "As-Is", then that is a structural defect.

Do not back down. Document, document, document. Also, contact another dealership to get a second opinion, if this has any sort of Mopar warranty attached to it.

I had a whistle after a brand new windshield install and of course all they do is take it off and put it back on again to fix that. I don't think you need a new windshield you just need it to be reinstalled which is, I think, at most Glass shops about an hour of work so not really a big deal. ( an hour of labor, but they do hold onto it for an hour or two to make sure it doesn't move) Unless you've got a built-in antenna or other sensors in the windshield - which I don't think a lot of jeep do but correct me if I'm wrong.

I can't tell from the original post but has it been leaking since you bought it? If so, it's their responsibility but if it's a new problem or something you didn't notice for months, I'd just replace it and call it done. Here an aftermarket replacement costs $300 installed.

It’s been since purchase. Until rainy season I did t know how bad it leaked. Hand washing put some water down the inside but sitting in the rain at work- the pictures show it’s more than a small amount. Thanks for responding
