This might be a stupid question but if one uses the Teraflex Bump Stop kit that replaces the factory bump stops, are pads still required if lifted?

They advertise it for 0"-4'5" lift and I am running a 2" lift on my Willys and have had no issue using them but still was wondering if a bump stop pad spacer was required?

Each lift specifies (usually) the recommended (required) bump stop height. The ones you linked replace the upper jounces, are 1-1/2" longer than stock. At a 2" lift you're fine, if you decide later to go higher, you are going to need the pucks that get bolted to the bottom and inside the front springs to satisfy the needed bump stop range.

It’s really going to depend on your compressed shock length. Assuming your 2” lift came with 2” bumps for the provided shocks your likely fine but I’d feel better flexing the suspension and taking a peek to ensure your not over compressing the shocks at max uptravel.
