Well I lifted mine for 122 dollars, and my neighbor did his for 3400 dollars. I’d say somewhere in between you should be fine.
I am planning to raise it, just getting some ideas , I am not sure tires and rims yet, new to jeeps . my dually was a diesel nice height and tall tires , Thanks

Since you are in boat maintenance, grab a stack of prop washers and place on top of the springs. The ones for old Johnson/Evinrude 150 and up outboards will be perfect.

21/11 now.
Maybe a set of boat stands? and some ablative bottom paint would help.

Do you even have a plan as to why you want it lifted, and what tires will be used for that plan?

What's the reason - just for looks to impress? Or will it ever actually go off road and if so - in what way? Overlanding, tough trails, sandy beaches?
Plan for the tires, then decide how much lift - and the purpose of the lift other than tires will help decide what TYPE of lift - spacer lift, springs like the MOPAR lift, or more radical?
Be careful with wheels - you can introduce troubles like shimmy and brake steer, wobbles, poor handling and more. If it's a highway vehicle, just tossing parts on it to impress peers can lead you to regret or weeks of trouble trying to fix things.
Always go with a plan.

These have plenty of traction from the factory (well, the H/T tires aren't great on sand or ice, but the others are)
I've seen people launch boats into the river around here with stock height Compass or Grand Cherokee or S10s.
Put it in 4 wheel drive for more traction.
Air down for loose sand. (I say loose sand as the beaches my wife and I have been to are more like concrete - you hardly even leave foot prints. Different sand at different locations)

Do a little research in the wheel and tire section, and the suspension section. You will see that people have used anything from spacers to coilovers for their lifts.
