It's a metallic rattle. Rolled under the truck and inspected every single part I could find, but nothing is loose. If I run over a speed hump with one rear wheel, I don't hear a thing. If I hit it with both, no matter how fast I go over it there is a rattle. Springs are in place, indexed properly and there are isolators on them. Entire suspension is essentially 7 months old and haven't done anything too crazy with it.

Anything weird I should be checking?

Mine still does it too. Some say it’s the parking brake cables rattling on the cable guides, but after wrapping mine in plastic I still hear the sound. I gave up

Ugh... I cringe every time I hit a bump.

I took off my d ring hitch and it didn't make a difference.

It's a little more high pitched than that

Have you retorqued everything at any time within that 7 months? Anything adjustable with a stop nut should be rechecked and marked for position as well. Make sure they all line up and haven’t moved.

Are you sure that it's coming from under the truck, and not in the cab? I had something similar to what you are describing, and it ended up being the sliding back window being a little loose. Occasionally I have to push it shut just the tiniest amount to secure it. I've noticed it happens more often when it's warm out vs cold.

I go with swaybar end link or shock bushing

Definitely under the bed somewhere. I took everything back to the installer after 30 days for a retorque. Not the rear window because I'm currently topless.
I have an appointment with them again for this Wednesday. Will report back.

To me it sounds like the spare tire is loose or there’s a chain slapping in the spare area but I can’t figure it out. Tire seems tight

took it to the shop that did the work. It didn't rattle the entire way there, during the 10 mile test drive or on the way back. They checked torque on the rear end and called it a day.

The next day the rattle returned and has been consistent ever since.

I bought a knock-off gopro and mounted it underneath and took video driving up my driveway:

Video 2

You can hear the thunk, but I can't pinpoint it. In the video I have completely removed the D-Ring hitch to rule that out.

The only thing that stands out to me is that the instructions for my lift called for the isolator sleeves from the factory springs be transferred to the new, and it appears you have none.

Makes perfect sense. Could you point me to a set online? All I'm finding are for wranglers and I don't know if they're compatible

Wrangler should be compatible as should 1500 Ram. Heck, I’ve seen split rubber hose used. It’s to stop the rattle between spring and perch. Mine for comparison:
