Finally, some good news some evacuation notices were lifted. The heavy rain must have helped tremendously. We so glad. Now we can go back to our home projects, finish the guest cabin interiors, put it into service and move on to our second garage which will be my workshop. I'm hoping to install a car lift next year. I'm deciding between a two or four post lift. Will start a thread on the lift as I'm getting closer to the purchase.

Good to hear!

I vote 4 post. :)
The thing I see with 4 post is that for suspension work I would still need jacks to lift the vehicle to do a lift kit for example. The post allows the suspension to fully droop from the get go.
