Yeah the “S” thing is weird. They show it as a specific model on the website and configurator tools but on the window sticker it only shows up as customer preferred package 23S. Yours appears to have power window switches, making it an “S” model.

I ordered from BAM today and total shipped to Memphis was $1,854.36
Does this include the glass as well? Is there anything extra that has to be bought separately? That is significantly less than the other two places I've seen it.

As far as I know, the glass is not removable. So yes, the kit should include it, and the two freedom panels. The listed part number, -13 is the factory black top. If I recall, -12 is the primered top.

I purchased a take-off hard top from a dealer (the guy wanted color matched) for my soft top (from the factory) Gladiator. The only additional parts that I had to source were the hard top brackets (purchased the DV8 kit) and the trim piece that goes between the two freedom panels, which I believe is optional. I have not installed the top yet as the weather has been absolute crap, but I took a detailed inventory and have all that I need.

If you're patient, I highly advise keeping an eye out on the used or take-off market. For my brand new/unused kit all-in, including extra parts and the fuel cost to personally pick it up, I'm still at significantly less than the above BAM price. With that being said, if you do purchase new, BAM tends to have the best deals around. Last I was tracking though, hard tops were on a nationwide back order with no ETA, so YMMV.

Cool. I have both front panels already so I'll just keep an eye out for a take off for now. Thanks

In that case, correction: If you need *just* the rear piece, that is part number 6KH62AAAAF. According to quadratec's site, that does not include any seals, gaskets, glass, etc, so it appears that rear glass may in fact be removable. My mistake.

Yeah I saw that. That is why I was asking. I'll need mounting brackets/hardware and seals as well so some more research on my part will be needed for sure.

Never mind BAM canceled my order without reason. Guess I can't recommend those guys.

As I suspected. Those tops are on a nationwide back order. In fact, most distributors are saying that the part number is discontinued. Dealers can't even get them.

I highly recommend BAM, but they do seem to be one of the holdouts that hasn't updated their site just yet.

I just looked at the window sticker: 2020 model Year Jeep Gladiator Sport.

No S except in Sport.
So our Sport has the Max Tow package, so it must be an "S" model.

We're installing the hardtop today, should have an answer on whether everything works or not. No reason it shouldn't.
Got the hardtop installed yesterday, plugged in the wire harness, hit the defroster button and the defroster wires got warm, so it all worked PLUG and PLAY.

Interesting, it only took a few weeks to get ours.
When did you order it? I think they only went on back order a month or so ago. I've only had my Gladiator since December, so I don't really have situational awareness before that time.

Is there anything else that is needed when you order from Northridge?

I had the same thing happen with a few companies (including BAM), their site is automated enough that it would let me order the top with the huge discount and free shipping, but when someone put eyes on what was being ordered, the order was cancelled.

Tasca in Cranston RI had a pretty good price and reasonable shipping.

I'll see if I can find out. iirc, it wasn't that long ago.

Turns out there is two inside, rear trim panels (pn# 6QD59TRMAA & 6QD60TRMAA) that don't come with the hardtop. Why? we do not know.

Are they needed, it's a look thing, all personal preference.

Jeep Gladiator Rear Defroster, hard top conversion MOPAR-JT-Hardtop-Note

Also interesting when they say it includes rear wiper and lift glass, which are on the JL Wrangler, not the JT Gladiator.
