Got my recall notice from Chiseler today. Maybe they can fix the key fob not detected problem and my glow plug at the same time. Not looking forward to the stupid hard sell tactics and “can we buy your truck” bullshit.

Still haven't got the letter in the mail, probably sent it to the previous owner like FCA/Stellantis keeps assuming has possession of it.

Dealers in my area still have no idea when they'll have a fix, nor will they make a list of people who know they're affected until said "fix" is available.

The "fix" from Stellantis has been out for over a week. Show 'em the document attached to the following post: https://www.jeepgladiatorforum.com/...-risk-june-9-2026.108998/page-26#post-1770470

In a nutshell, the dealer needs to check for specific power steering fault codes then perform a visual inspection of the pump wiring connector. If no faults or defects are found, you're all done and nothing further is required. Only if faults or defects are found will any parts be required, so any excuse from the dealer that they don't have parts available right now isn't justification enough to not do the inspection. At present the overwhelming majority of people who've reported getting the recall inspection done have checked out good with no need for parts or repair (as was expected based on the initial report).

$33,000 in 2020 has the same purchasing power as $42,000 in 2026. They haven't gone up in price. Basically, a Gladiator is cheaper today than in 2020.

Common misconception, though. People often say, "My parents bought their first house for $28,000 bucks !!", forgetting to add that your Dad only made $6,000 a year back then and it was a decent paycheck.
Maybe I am just not getting 2026 pay then?
