Is that a ‘23? That just looks like you put a RockStar sticker on them.

Was considering the rancho 9000 adjustable, any thoughts on those?

Those are my plans on the JT.

As for the diesel specific fox valving. I have no direct comparison, but the ones I retrofitted to the JLU aren’t super soft as many have claimed the standard rubi ones were on a JL

Have them on my work truck and theyre OK. Definitely a lower end shock, but the adjustability is nice. They get the job done for an inexpensive shock, but Rancho isnt very well known to have a good painted finish. I am seeing rust on mine and theyre only a year or so old and have 1000 miles on them. IMO, with all these rubicon take offs available for less than 400 (some far less), I am not sure why anyone would go a different route for a nearly stock height/normal rig.

I saw what appeared to be a new JL rubi with red shocks spotted under the rear bumper. I would be quite displeased if mine came with those if ordered new.

I had them on my JKUR. I was not real impressed with them. Rusted quick and didn't seem to last very long.
What type of use did they see, and what typical environment... I live in desert just south of death valley, what's rust? Lol

They got a lot of wheeling and towing a small teardrop trailer. Most of there life was spent in central Texas and Colorado

Picked up my JTRD from the dealer tonight. Ordered Oct 3. Built 11/7.

It has the red shocks. They will be replaced in short order with a lift. But they feel good actually.

I have no issues with them upon initial drive. They have more compression and rebound dampening than the Fox units that came stock on our 2020 LE and more than the Fox shocks that came with the Mopar 2” lift installed on that gasser as well.

The springs and shocks felt pretty good overall on this diesel. No bouncing or harsh bottoming on some initial driving/screwing around. Granted this was as new and unloaded. But overall way better than the stock setup on our 2020 Rubicon LE. That thing felt like rocking horse.
