Redarc tow pro elite brake controller harness? Seeing conflicting info.... HELP!

I ordered a 2022 Jeep Gladiator Mojave with tow package. I really like the Redarc tow pro ELITE. Here is the link for the controller: https://redarcelectronics.com/products/tow-pro-elite-electric-brake-controller

I don't want to cut into the factory harness, so I want to order all necessary wire harness adapters. Here are my questions:

1. Can you please tell me what I need to order?

2. Will I need to pull the plug apart and switch the wires? I have seen this on some videos, but not all. Was that for earlier models only? Or something I still need to do?

3. I have read where some people had to install a diode. Was that only for earlier models?

Redarc is have a black friday sale right, and etrailer is not, but maybe I am better off ordering from E-trailer? E-trailer shows a plug made by Tekonsha (not Redarc). Here is that plug: https://www.etrailer.com/Accessories-and-Parts/Tekonsha/3073-P.html

I would be more than happy to assist you in confirming the parts needed to install a Redarc Tow Pro Elite on your 2021 Jeep Gladiator Mojave with the factory tow package. If you have the factory tow package that includes the 7-way at the bumper of the vehicle then you will need the Tow Pro Elite, RED44FR, and the harness to connect under the dash of the Gladiator, 3073-P. If you wanted a plug and play connection for the 3073-P piece to connect to your Gladiator then you will also need 331-TPH-017. Aside from these components there should not be the need for anything additional though.

I put mine in 2019 so it needed the diode. You shouldn't, but that don't mean I know which adaptor.

The one you linked to does not had a plug to work with your Gladiator.
