Just wondering if the factory harness/switch/computer can handle a direct swap? DD states the draw is 3amp per fog.

Will this cause me any problems? Direct plug n play?

I dropped a set of DD sport ambers on mine with no issues whatsoever. They were a direct plug and play on mine. Make sure you get the correct mounting kit for your bumper.
@Diode Dynamics
Maybe they will chime in.

I have the Diode Dynamics SS3 Max fogs. I've been running them for a year with no issues. Plug and play with really good pattern and lots of light.

I guess I should have clarified. I already have the kit. No need to buy.

I mostly was wanting to know if the stock circuit could handle the amps or if I needed to run it through a relay.

Yes, they are designed to replace the factory fogs and will work just fine with the OE wiring.

It "USED" to tell you on DD's site that if you ordered the JL/JT specific fogs that it was plug & play into the fog light circuit.
That's why I linked to @Northridge4x4 page showing the DD lights.

I run the ss3 max and no issues at all other than they need to be aimed way down or you’ll get flashed like crazy.

I love mine - wish I could have afforded the next step up, but these are great. Even my wife noticed in a foggy snow how easy it was to see the edge of the road where the deer lurk waiting to attack passing Jeeps.

The weather here is often weird mixes - fog and snow and freezing fog, whatever, and you need good light to see the edges of the road (they might not find you for a week if you miss in some places)

They even fit my eBay bumper nicely.
