Just spoke to my dealer friend and he confirmed retail orders had been backed up to may. Honestly I'm okay wtg to ensure I get what I want and with no snafus if possible. I am okay with FCA getting their s together and mopar having their offerings out there before I order my jt.

I'm spending too much not to get exactly what I want and knowing all of my options before i place my order. Too much incomplete info out there at this point.

I will believe it when I see it. If true I guess I would not mind to much. Just more time to save up for the down payment. As long as I don't start seeing them in my hood without me having one.

This forum isn't big enough for all the misinformation that's been out there. I remember hearing order banks originally opening back in January...

I heard the same - Travis from Tri City said this to me personally and posted it here. This is information from a conference call they had with fca explaining the LE Launch (Monday I think?). He mentioned it was confirmed the following day (Tuesday) by their rep. I’m calling this reliable. It’s what FCA is telling their dealers.

Dealer friend still says May. Kinda glad as I want the mopar accessories out and available too, so I can order this vehicle exactly like I want it with everything I want on it all at once. I'm not in a rush as I've been wtg for the jeep truck since it was confirmed it was coming at some point.

Anyone know why they pushed it back until May? Maybe it was scheduled to be May all along even though some dealers were saying April. Or maybe they moved it because it’s so popular they want to build dealer stock and then sell those as msrp or above.

No I don't think it's the dealers fault. I think we were all jebaited with the LE version being scheduled for April, and we thought that would mean all orders were open then. Feelsbadman.

I would say nothing had been delayed because we have only had 1 date communicated to us. 4/4. No one ever said regular orders would be open xxx date. I do not see it as a delay just us hearing rumors and thinking they were fact.

Clearly they always had the plan for the Launch Edition. So technically orders did open in April - just that it was only for the Launch Edition. Everything else doesn't matter in a sense... The Gladiator was officially released to the public with the Launch Edition, you could have chose to order, or not to order, but it's still publicly available. No broken promises... although, there haven't been any promises really.
