Okay I never put one of these on before and I just had this at the alignment shop .
WHY does this bar cause the tierods to tilt forward and what is the solution to get them to set level ? I literally can grab the bar and roll the whole thing backwards and they are level let go and it rotates forward . What gives ?? Everything is tight is it adjusted wrong.

Doesn't look right. It should be set level and then the adjusters thread in. I can't really tell whats going on with yours, but I have the same bar and it does not look like that.

I can grab the bar and whole thing will rotate back and forward rotates on the ball joints of the tierod . I don't understand why it's doing that ?

Crappy ball joints. I had the same issue with T-flex tie Rod flopping and banging on the trail. Steer Smarts is the way to go. Solid ball joints with very little play. Had one on my JK that my son-in-law is still running

“Unique “Reverse Pin” technology prevents our linkage from flopping or rocking. This technology is built into the socket, unlike the weak external supports on some competitor linkages.”
OMG are you kidding I just paid 459.00 and paid 105.00 for the alignment .. well guess it will be on there till I can afford another replacement that sorta pisses me off.

I wonder is there any real danger of failure because of the tilt ?

@azmojave after hours of research and calling both Rick Jock and Synergy I discovered that the tie rods used in Rock Jock bar are full articulation tie rod or multi-plain tie rods. Synergy using single plane tie rod in at both ends of there tie rod bar and in the drag link the use a single plain on one end and multi-plain on the other to account for full articulation over rough terrain.

Horse Crap .. now I am stuck with it .. oh well use it for a while take it off get a good one and take this one in to the junk yard with the rest of old suspension stuff I am getting a pile of. Live and Learn.

Synergy's tie rod did the same thing on my last JK. It hurt nothing then either.I assure you Currie don't make junk . Currie Steering on my TJs lasted well over 10 years without one issue as did all of my Johnny Joints with just an occasional shot of grease

I have the Core 4x4 steering linkage. It uses Apex tie rod ends. Which are an anti-flop design. When i was researching steering linkages. It's one of the things I was looking for.

Well , mine doesn't make any noise. I greased them well from the get go.
My biggest beef was the rough country N3 double steering shock set up I am using may now not work well due to the fact that the bar is so heavy it tilts forward forcing me to rotate the steering shock end bracket toward the rear of the Jeep in order for them to be on top and not in a bind.
I am okay with the bar rotating forward if I could find a steering shock set up that It wouldn't matter that it wants to tilt forward.
The bar and tie rods are extremely heavy like the kinda crap you would see on a 2.0 ton truck

I just installed the RJ kit (DL, TR, Stab relocation) under my JT this weekend, I do not have the issue that you speak of. Maybe the issue is where/how your stabilizer is mounted. With the Kit I have, the stab axle end mount is at the Track bar/sway bar mount, and only to about the middle of the tie-rod.

Possible the cause but it don't affect it none tell ya that much 😏. I already plowed some dirt clouds with the tierod bar and son of a gun never bent one tiny bit still run straight down the road.. I put my stuff through the paces.. heard Metal cloak doesn't do that forward tilt they use a single plane joint . Where RJ uses muti-plane .
