I have a 2020 Rubicon, I put on a 2" spacer lift, 17x9 Rock Trix 114's with -12 offset and 37" tires. I know the Rubicon has taller fenders, but even with just a 2" lift. I recently attended Jeeptoberfest in Ocala FL, the only time I had any rubbing was at full stuff and trying to turn a sharp corner. Even that could have been alleviated with the right bump stops. A +12 offset should pull the wheel in by almost an inch. (25.4mm per inch).Hello all. Looking to get a set of Rocktrix RT112 wheels for my JTRD that has yet to be delivered. I am seeing on their website it calls for major trimming and a 3" lift to clear 35- 12.50 tires with the +12 offset. Seems excessive, I don't know. I tried searching, and come up with conflicting info. Some say no rubbing, others say oh yeah, no problem. I wont be getting a lift anytime soon, but do I read it right that this should be ok with the stock control arms, as they are slightly bent to allow for bigger tires? I could do a levelling kit no problem if there is a slight rub. I don't really want a ton of poke, so I'm leaning towards the +12.
I also have read that some of the AEV wheels are +18 with no problems.
Just looking for clarification before I pull the trigger on these.
Thank you
Clarence
