Anyone else have this big stream of drainage when it rains? Oddly enough, the car is also parked uphill...

Massive pool when you go to get in the car..

Pretty standard. Anytime water runs off my roof it’s always on the floor or the seat. Sad fact of life with a slab sided mostly square vehicle.

Softtop on my JKU does pretty much the same thing except my drips outside the vehicle.

My JKU soft top did that when the doors were closed. I am just happy the JT only does it when I open them...lol

This kind of sucks given the amount of rain in Florida. Are you supposed to leave the drain plug open so it just drains out of the car?

This is just a poor design/flaw. It’s kinda hard to Believe the Jeep engineers did so many things with the JT but couldn’t figure this out.

The first person who makes an after market mod is going to do really well!

If I recall correctly some guy made a Dyi mod that channeled the water forward, thus not into your lap.

it’s pretty sad my wife doesn’t like to ride in the Jeep because of this when it’s raining....

My first CJ would do that with the doors shut. In the winter I’d have a little snow pile or icicle/stagmight/stagtight thing going on there and back by the tailgate...

My newer Jeep does it too, my solution is that it takes garage priority over the rest of the cars and I always open the windows and pull up the mats and carpet when I park it. I’ve lived in the rust belt so I’m paranoid about these things.

#1 pet peeve. It would almost be better if they had left the plastic channel out of the frame and just Velcro'd the top to the roll cage. At least then it would just roll off and not build up in the channel.
