Yep and honestly I will be happy if I get it before the end of May. I just don't want to have to install it myself in the summer AZ heat. It will be upper 90's and 100's by end of May & my garage is not air conditioned lol.

Morning is your friend. Assemble it inside in the morning. The next morning before it gets hot install it with a couple of friends.

I had to do about 8 hours of work in my attic last year. I did it over 4 days from 7 to 9 AM. Piece of cake. By noon it was 130 in the attic.

The fact that I was quoted 2 months for the RSI this January played into my decision. It ended up taking 9 weeks. I'll take it.

I ordered from OffroadAlliance. They are on this forum. No discounts, but I was able to pick It up and saved shipping.

When I picked it up about a month ago, they had a lot of RSI boxes in their warehouse. I'm guessing they get them by the container load.

I had a friend over last night with his family. He's building a JK with a Motech LT1 conversion and frankly knows a lot more about Jeeps than I do.

When I asked to show him the cap, he said, "its a cap, I've seen plenty of caps".

ha. He was pretty surprised when he actually saw it. It really does look and feel, essentially OOZE quality. You can pay $3500 for an ARE about which many owners complain about build quality. Or you can spend $4000 and get something that is built like a tank and every part you touch and every part you see looks and feels like a premium product.

Huh, well that’s where I ordered from as well, like I said placed the order In early Dec… and still waiting. Maybe the like you better than me not sure why they haven’t filled my order @OffroadAlliance.com

Its already pretty dark. If your goal is to minimize heat build up inside, you might want to line the windows with reflective vinyl on the inside.

if your goal is more privacy, I guess that makes sense. But as it is the only way to really see inside is to walk up to the truck and put your hands around your eyes and press up against the window.

I also got mine from Off Road Addiction. But I installed it myself.
Yours was in the storage unit when I picked mine up.

I got the Adventure series, so it has no windows on the sides at all.
