Hey guys,

Just wanted to show off some pictures of my diesel Rubicon on 37s. I had a hard time trying to find this exact setup and was unsure it would work due to rubbing issues. Specs:

2021 Rubicon Diesel
Teraflex 1.5" front
Daystar 0.75" rear
17x8.5 +25 AEV Borah in Satin Black with Onyx protection rings
BFGoodrich KO2 37x12.50R17

Zero rubbing. Haven't taken it off road yet, but it drives beautifully.

The diesel, along with the Tazer adjustment and Pedal Commander installed, powers the 37s just fine. I catch and hold 8th at around 55-60, with no hunting for gears. The power loss was minimal. Well worth it in my opinion! Enjoy!

Looks great. I'd love to hear how it does off road, it doesn't seem like a lot of lift to be running 37s.

Looks good, like the yellow center caps on the wheels.

Great timing, this is the same tire/lift combo I have been looking at.

Are you happy with the K02s ?

Wanted NITTO RidgeGrapplers, like the way they look better and watched a lot of reviews on them, but they are now where to be found. Thoughts ?

Thanks for this! I am looking at 37's and a 3.5 MC for my diesel, sometimes wonder if the 37's would look too big, but they always end up looking great!

I also wanted Nitto’s, but they were unavailable. However, I’m extremely pleased with these KO2’s. They are super quiet, smooth, and actually look a lot better in person. I like the aggressive tread of the Nitto’s but these are good too. I’m a fan!

That’s good to hear, it’s really hard to tell in pictures how the K02s look, In pics they look like a street tire almost compared to the NITTO.

I’ve read a lot of the positives that you noted so that’s also good to hear.

Sucks not seeing something in person before ordering, your Gladiator looks awesome.

Hoping to have my Rubicon on 37s by the weekend.

Thanks

Yeah, kind of annoying not being able to see them up close before ordering. I had 37" Nitto Ridge Grapplers on my last JT and they were amazing as well. If they were available, I would have ordered them again. However, I am not in any way, shape, or form disappointed with the KO2's. I'm very content with them, especially knowing that they are a significantly lighter tire. I think it is something like 10 lbs lighter, per tire, than the Nitto's. Just some food for thought.

Nittos have been on a national back order for a while. They are just now starting to trickle in. I got a set of 37s in my shop waiting on the wheels to show up. I got in on an order with 2 of my friends and they took 4 months to show up. I wasn’t in any hurry so no big deal.
