Rugged Ridge Arcus winch block off plate

Here is the simple cover. With all the bends and angles of the bumper it actual looks fine to me. I made the front cover too which will push up on the top plate. Im thinking this will have to be a two piece design.

I just got my Arcus and would also like a block off cover plate. Did you get the design finalized and pricing in mind?

This is EXACTLY what ive been searching for. Do you have more details on how you did this. I saw the 3 pics in the other thread but I want to see if I can duplicate this. I have my Arcus bumper sitting here but dont want a winch right now and want to install buper but want to avoid that huge hole. This looks perfect.

Thank you. It’s still holding up excellent even in New England weather. I thought I posted some better details of how I did it, maybe I can find it. It didn’t take me long really.

What thickness diamond plate did you use? My bumper comes this week so I'll be trying to recreate your master piece! Any tips?

Here is what I came up with to cover the hole.
Made a template and had it laser cut and bent to fit. Then I sprayed it with bed liner. I really like how it turned out except for the finish of the bedliner. I may end up stripping it off and just use paint.

Nice work. My friend might like that for his new Gladiator. He'll do the bumper mods after installing the new tires from 4Wheelonline this week.
