Could have picked a better night to get the Gladiator (JTRD). But couldn’t wait. What better way to drive home a new car your aren’t familiar with than a Blizzard? Averaged 30 - 40 MPH in 4 H for about 60 miles. Had a little tire hop when I first went into 4H but the roads didn’t have any dry spots? Maybe it was not all the way in? Also got the dreaded “service DEF” notification at my second light after getting off the highway. The car actually turned off at the light (start/stop turned on) and I had to move it into park to restart because the shifter was blinking. Have turned it on a couple times since I’ve been home and no notifications. ??.
I love it so far and it handled the weather great besides the LED headlights and fog lights accumulating snow. Definitely went from constant “light speed” view to poor vision.

Congrats! Looks like so many of you Sarge Green Rubicon guys did all painted fenders & roofs. With this color it looks VERY rich ( Rich like a real good chocolate frosted cake! )

This is exactly the reason I didn’t get the LED lights. My brothers Audi does the same thing. A small LED light bar above the winch would give extra light without compromising safety in cold climate.

The SGT. MAJOR is in Oregon!! Dealer sent this-" Your Jeep finally made it into Portland and was unloaded over the weekend. As soon as it gets here I will let you know and give you the before pictures and after pictures so you know when to come in. All stock options we are removing will be placed in boxes and put in the back of it. "

Also got a custom cover for the winch from CoverandAll and I got to say I am VERY impressed. The have them custom made in India which is weird but they have you take measurements and then even send a picture of your winch in. Very nice fit.

Got the lift on. Struggled for 11 hours, mostly cause I didn't know what I was doing. It's got some problems that needs to be ironed out. More importantly, I think she looks great with the longer legs.

But then her legs would look shorter! Actually I have wheels (Teraflex Nomad) waiting for a set of Toyo RT coming in this Tues. It's a Clayton 2.5" overland plus kit with Falcon 2.1.

JTR-D was delivered this morning to the dealership! Unfortunately it looks like I’ll have to wait till Saturday for pickup ??? stupid work getting in the way

@triggergt That looks sweet! Black hardtop, no? I didn’t think matching top was an option on the Willys. First pic the driver’s side back door reflection gave me an optical illusion a piece was missing!
