The floor in the front of my gladiator has been completely saturated a few times recently. After any sort of rain or snow, the inside of the windows are also fogged up. I am assuming I have a leak. Where should I look for the leak? The hard top seems to be sitting fine and the i don't see anywhere obvious around the freedom top that looks like the culprit. Any ideas?

Check the floor plug and make sure it’s seated correctly.

on a dry day you could go to the car wash and look for water coming in as well.

I doubt it is the plug. I never took that out. also, it's on both the driver and the passenger side

I believe there are 4 plugs, 2 front and 2 rear.

just giving an idea. Don’t have to check them if you don’t want to.

Have the Tops been off? If so take them off and clean the channels and reseat the tops. Other then that look at the door to A-Pillar seal.

My guess is that it's coming in thru the windscreen/firewall. Just that, my guess.

This won't help you but my first jeep in 89 had a leak in the front that came down the firewall somewhere. It was my first "new" car and my first Jeep. The mechanics at the dealership couldn't fix it so specialists(?) from Chrysler came to look at and work on the vehicle. Long to short - Lemon law took care of it yet I still continue to support the brand? No one could stop that YJ from leaking?

Mine had NO plugs on the floor! The holes were empty. Found out doing an electric step install. Also make sure the front hood vent/screens are clean and not full of leaves/dirt. Also, mine just started leaking from the rear window, very common.

Looks like it's getting in on the back window (see picture).

Any idea what a dealership will cost to fix this? Or is there a recall?

We get some extreme weather. Better to go to dealer or do something like this?

I just did the silicone rubber fix, took about 30 min. Dry so far. Be careful with the dealer, there appears to be no real fix, the new window installed by the dealer chosen glass shop will leak within a year or two, again. Also, a lot of JT's are ending up with dealer installation damage to the paint, and other surfaces.
