+1 for half doors. It's a great compromise between doorless and full door. A little more safety/security w/o much of a downside.

Love the look of half doors. Too bad they weren’t on the option sheet when I bought. A lot easier to swallow the price when financing a new vehicle.

I emailed Bestop about the element tubes doors for JL/JT and they said they have plans for enclosures and soft windows like they have for JKs. This might be the route I go. I don’t mind tube doors but like to cut down on the water coming in when it rains.

Short of a factory option my choice would be the Bestop Core doors which are offered for the JK. Like how they can be configured with our without the center panel and also have the option of soft uppers.
Of course when you add up the price of a 4 door kit with the center panels and upper doors you are approaching factory door territory.
